Contest Rules

ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES

This contest is open only to adults of 21 years of age or older. Entrants under the age of 21 are not eligible to win any prizes

Registration

To enter the contest you must first register using the Registration Form. The Contest begins at 8:59 pm (ET) on Thursday December 20, 2007 and will continue for the entire College Football Bowl Games (see DEADLINE below). All dates are subject to change.

How to Enter

Complete the Registration Form and confirm your selections using the submit button at the bottom of the page. Follow all additional instructions listed on that page, observing all posted deadlines (see DEADLINE below).

Deadline

The deadline ("TERMINAL DATE") for registering and entering submissions for the contest is Thursday December 20, 2007 at 8:30 pm (ET). The sole determinant of time for the purposes of the Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). Contestants entering picks close to the posted deadline do so with this information in mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win a prize you must enter valid information for each field of the registration form. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, you will be ineligible for any prize. Entries are limited to one per individual. Any additional entries by the same person will not be valid and will be ignored. Employees of Bracketcontest.com or any of the sponsoring companies are not eligible for prizes.

How to play

Contestants must pick the winners of the 32 College Football Bowl games in the Ultimate Parlay Card College Bowl Contest. Exibition games DO NOT apply.

The Bracket

Once the College Football Bowl bracket has been submitted, the contestant is officially participating. Submitted brackets are final. Bracket picks cannot be changed once the bracket has been submitted and requests to make changes to a submitted bracket will be ignored.

Games will be graded and the bracket updated at the end of each round.

Prize Structure

There will ONLY be 1 Prize of $2000 worth in betting script.

MAIN PRIZE $2,000 betting script (must be a DPT customer) Or $500 cash for non customers.

The $2000 winning Betting Script is to be claimed at Jazz Casino & Sportsbook (www.jazzsports.com), ABC Islands Casino & Sportsbook (www.abcislands.com). Or Looselines Sportsbook (www.looselines.com)

2nd Place $1000 betting script or $250 cash

3rd place $500 betting script or $100 cash

Award Rules

• Multiple winners split prizes.
• Entries are limited to one per individual, household or IP address.
• Only one prize per person will be awarded. Multiple entries will disqualify a participant from receiving any prize. The checks will only be made out to the registered account owner and sent to the address listed on the account. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
• A Wagering Script has NO cash value and is non-transferable.
• Entries run seperate for purposes of the contest. If a contest pick does NOT start the race the pick will revert to the LOWEST odds horse that is NOT part of an entry or field.

All Betting Scripts MUST BE wagered 5 times before a withdraw can be made.
