NFL Handicapper's Challenge Contest Rules

ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES

This contest is open only to adults of 21 years of age or older. Entrants under the age of 21 are not eligible to win any prizes

Registration

To enter the contest you must first register using the Registration Form. The Contest registration must be prior to January 5, 2008.

How to Enter

Complete the Registration Form using the submit button at the bottom of the Registration page. Follow all additional instructions listed on that page, observing all posted deadlines (see DEADLINE below).

Deadline

The deadline ("TERMINAL DATE") for entering submissions for the contest will be 30 minutes before the official starting time of the first game of each NFL Post-Season week. A "Week" for the contest's purposes begins on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. Delays to the start of the games will not affect this deadline. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of the Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). Contestants entering picks close to the posted deadline do so with this information in mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win a prize you must enter valid information for each field of the registration form. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, you will be ineligible for any prize. Entries are limited to one per individual. Any additional entries by the same person will not be valid and will be ignored. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, you will be ineligible for any prize. Employees of Bracketcontest.com or any of the sponsoring companies are not eligible for prizes.

How to play

Contestants must pick one winner per match every week of the NFL Post-Season starting with the Wild Card Games week and ending with the Super Bowl Game. The Superbowl game's Point Total must be submitted as a tie breaker. A "Week" for the contest's purposes begins on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. Games of the week will be made available for selection every Tuesday at 2PM (Pacific Time). Once submitted these selections cannot be changed.

The Challenge

The participant must correctly select the winner of each game in a week of the NFL Post-Season to advance to the next one. Once he reaches the Superbowl game week, he must also submit the game's point total as a tie breaker.

Once the first selected teams have been submitted, the contestant is officially participating. Submitted picks are final. Selected teams cannot be changed once they have been submitted and requests to make changes to a submission will be ignored.

Only one entry per person, household or IP address is allowed and additional entries by the same individual, household or IP address will be ignored, so make sure of your choices before sending in your picks. The checks of prizes will only be made out to the registered account owner and sent to the address listed on the account. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

Games will be graded and the results updated every Tuesday of each week.

Prize Structure

Prizes will be awarded to up to 3 participants who correctly selected the 11 winners of the NFL Post-Season games, according to the Superbowl game's point total. In the event of a tie, prizes will be split between those who tied. Winners will be notified by E-mail, phone, mail and /or overnight courier within seven (7) days after the determination date. Prize winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within ten (10) days following attempted notification on prizes worth over $500. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any prize/prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. It is the responsibility of the entrant to keep all mailing and E-mail information up-to-date and accurate. Winners should allow up to 3-4 weeks after they return their signed, notarized affidavit to receive their prize. By accepting a prize, the winner grants Bracketcontest.com and/or it's sponsors to use names, photographs, and other info for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Prizes

The prizes are as follows:

• 1st Place: $2,000 betting script* OR $500 cash

• 2nd Place: $1000 betting script* OR $250 cash

• 3rd Place: $500 betting script* OR $100 cash

* Clients with Active DPT Accounts Only. All Betting Scripts MUST BE wagered 7 times before a withdraw can be made (7x rollover). Wagering Scripts have no cash value.

Tie Breaker

Participants who reach the last week of the NFL Post-season must submit the Total Points scored on the Superbowl. In the event that two or more players are tied in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the contest, the Total will be used as a tie breaker as follows:

If two participants have the same amount of points in the contest, the player with the submitted total nearest to the actual game's total wins.

If more than two participants have the same amount of points, they will be ordered by nearest to farthest from the actual game's total.

Any participant who's submitted total is higher than the actual game's total automatically loses the tie breaker.

Award Rules

In case of a draw, winners split prizes.

Entries are limited to one per individual, household or IP address. Only the First Entry will be accepted for Prize Awarding purposes and additional entries will be ignored.

Only one prize per entry will be awarded.

A Wagering Script has NO cash value and is non-transferable.

All Betting Scripts MUST BE wagered 7 times before a withdraw can be made.
