Registration

To enter the contest you must first register using the Registration Form. The Contest is open for Registration throughout the 2009 / 2010 NFL Season.

How to Enter

Complete the Registration Form using the submit button at the bottom of the Registration page. Follow all additional instructions listed on that page, observing all posted deadlines (see DEADLINE below).

Deadline

The deadline ("TERMINAL DATE") for entering submissions for the contest will be 30 minutes before the official starting time of the first game of the week. A "Week" for the contest's purposes begins on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. Delays to the start of the games will not affect this deadline. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of the Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). Contestants entering picks close to the posted deadline do so with this information in mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win a prize you must enter valid information for each field of the registration form. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, you will be ineligible for any prize. Entries are limited to one per individual. Any additional entries by the same person will not be valid and will be ignored. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, you will be ineligible for any prize. Employees of Bracketcontest.com or any of the sponsoring companies are not eligible for prizes.

All contestants must have an active account in order to claim cash prizes.

How to play

Contestants must pick one winner per game. The games will be vs a pointspread and there will be between 15 to 20 games per week. A "Week" for the contest's purposes begins on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. Games of the week will be made available for selection every Tuesday at 2PM (Pacific Time). Once submitted these selections cannot be changed.

The Challenge

The participant must correctly select the winner of each game vs the spread. The participant with the most winners each week will win the prize.

Once the first selected teams have been submitted, the contestant is officially participating. Submitted picks are final. Selected teams cannot be changed once they have been submitted and requests to make changes to a submission will be ignored.

Only one entry per person, household or IP address is allowed and additional entries by the same individual, household or IP address will be ignored, so make sure of your choices before sending in your picks. The checks of prizes will only be made out to the registered account owner and sent to the address listed on the account. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

Games will be graded and the results updated every Tuesday of each week.

Prize Structure

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 participants who select the most winners each week. In the event of a tie, prizes will be split. You must have an active account to be able to win a prize.

Prizes

Prizes will only be paid to participants that have an active account at Jazz Sportsbook or ABC Islands. An active aacount is defined as having fundsand having played at least $50 during four out of the past seven days.

The prizes are as follows:

• 1st place $500
• 2nd place $350
• 3rd place $150

* Any ties will split the prize money. No more than $1000 will be paid per a week. All prize money has a 5 time rollover and the maximum amount that can be won from the prize money is $7500

Award Rules

In case of a tie, winners split prizes.
