Deadline

The deadline ("TERMINAL DATE") for registering and entering submissions for the Preakness Stakes Contest is May 16th, 2009 at 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

How to play

You must select three horses in the 134th Preakness Stakes Contest to finish in the top 3 in exact order. Entries are considered as seperate horses as far as the contest is concerned.

Pick 3 horses to finish in the exact order.

If you select the winning horse, the 2nd place horse (place) and the 3rd place horse (show) in the correct order, you win !

If there is more than one winner, the prize money will be split by the winners

Note :
" To Win " a Horse who finishes 1st.
" To Place " a Horse who finishes 2nd.
" To Show " a Horse who finishes 3rd.

The Contest

The Contest has 2 MAIN steps:

Registration - Once the contest registration form has been submitted, the contestant is officially participating.

Contest Picks -You must select three horses and submit your picks. Submitted forms are final. Picked Horses cannot be changed once the form has been submitted and requests to make changes to a submitted form will be ignored.

Entries run separate for purposes of the contest. If a contest pick does NOT start the race the pick will revert to the horse with the LOWEST odds and that is NOT part of an entry or field.

The contest will be graded after the Preakness Stakes race is final on May 16th.

Prize Structure

The total amount of prizes that will be paid out can not exceed $2500 in betting script for active customers or $500 in betting script for non active customers... Multiple winners will split the prizes

The Betting Scripts are to be claimed at Jazz Casino & Sportsbook (www.jazzsports.com) or ABC Islands Casino & Sportsbook (www.abcislands.com)
