Gridiron GiveAway Contest Rules

ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES (See General Rules)

Deadline

• Contest will begin Thursday, September 4th, 2008 and will end with the last week of the 2008 NFL regular season.
• To be part of the Gridiron GiveAway Contest all Contestants MUST BE registered before Thursday, September 4th , 2008 at 6:00 pm ET.
• The weekly deadline for contestant selections will be 30 minutes before the official starting time of the first game of each NFL REGULAR-SEASON 2008 week.
• A "Week" for the contest's purposes begins on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. Delays to the start of the games will not affect this deadline.

The Challenge - How to play

• Each week JazzSports.com will choose 15 games (10 NFL, 5 NCAAFB) for contestants to simply pick the winners of ATS. (Against the spread)
• Every matchups point spread will end in a ½ point, so there will be no possibility of a tie.
• Contestants will be given 2 points for each game that they pick correctly.
• Losses will not be scored against you.
• Contestants must pick all 15 games.
• Contestants picks will only be valid submitted via our Gridiron contest module.
• Weekly & overall standings will be posted on our leader boards.
• Any questions or concerns regarding this contest, the rules or prizes can be sent to commissioner@jazzsports.com

Prize Structure

Gridiron GiveAway Contest Weekly Prizes

• 1st place winner receives choice of a $1000 betting script or $100 CASH!
  * The above Betting Script MUST BE wagered 10 times before any funds may be withdrawn (10x rollover). The above Betting Script has no cash value.
• If the 1st place winner is an active member* of either JazzSports.com or ABC Islands.com the contestant will receive the choice of a $1500 betting script or $150 in CASH.
  *As an active member, your Betting Script must be wagered only 5 times (5x rollover) before any funds may be withdrawn. An active member also has the option of exchanging the $1500 betting script for a $150 CASH prize with no restrictions!
• In the event of a tie for 1st place the prize winnings will be divided equally amongst the winning contestants.
  *An active member account is defined as having funds and having played at least $50 on four of the previous eight days. There must be funds in the account equal to the amount of the match play.
  **Any rule not mentioned here will be decided by Jazz/ABC contest commissioner.

Overall 17 weeks Gridiron Prizes

Non Members: The above Betting Script MUST BE wagered 10 times before any funds may be withdrawn (10x rollover). The above Betting Script has no cash value

Members: *As an active member, your combined Betting Script & cash amount must be wagered only 5 times (5x rollover) before any funds may be withdrawn.

Last place: In order collect the prize the last place finisher must have entered contests picks in all 17 weeks of the Gridiron Giveaway and maintained an active account throughout the contest.
*An active member account is defined as having funds and having played at least $50 on four of the previous eight days. There must be funds in the account equal to the amount of the match play.

Any rule not mentioned here will be decided by Jazz/ABC contest commissioner.
